FUDCon follow up

I already blogged about the second Day, but just want to add a little about the last third of the day - NA Ambassadors did their Hackfest in formalizing the plans and events for 2011. Clint took the moderation - it was pretty much like we do it in EMEA: collecting events, decide who to send to the event, and what ressources are needed.



In the evening of the second day i was distracted by fixing my HD which died and i had to buy a new one and install new - the last main backup is at home in Germany, but i could recover the most important things like my ssh-keys and gpg-keys, so i am operational right now, thanks to Larry for the screwdriver, Ben for the mirror and the cd-drive, Jeroen for the help with lvrename (stupid to give the new installation the same name than the old one) and Harish for carrying my Laptop while it was doing data-repo and John for the moral support ;)

While i was reviving my Laptop, the other Fedora People had fun in the Hospitality Suite in our Hotel
